AI Auto Reply subscriptions

AI Auto Reply includes a 7‑day trial. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. After the trial period, payments are non‑refundable unless required by law.

Support tickets

Support tickets are one‑time services. Once work has begun, tickets are non‑refundable. If we are unable to deliver the requested support due to our limitations, contact us and we will review your case.

Custom module development

Custom development is scoped and agreed in writing. Refunds are governed by the project agreement and milestone completion.
